Originally part of a larger precinct sent to clean and occupy precinct-fortress 1311 in Skunkton,
a zone also known for it's underhive 'odors' and as 'the previous dustfall', that got wiped out by 'the actual dustfall' that lost most of its economic relevance ever since. The enforcers were able to retake the settlement and to destroy or expel most of the local gangs, but the settlement remains highly dependent on cooperation with the surrounding gangs to keep the town running.
They took heavy losses in the taking of the settlement and the precinct is now reduced to a disgruntled subjugator sergeant, a dozen subjugator armorclad enforcers and a fluctuating number of local 'volunteers'.

Escher gang ref. ’Ashdancers’, and outlaw groups refs. ‘Crew 56, Hot Guns, Freelords’ are pacified.
During combat operations the precincts complement of hardcase cybermastiffs short-circuit and go on a rampage throughout the sector.
The violence unleashed by the cybermastiffs and from the enforcers chasing them, leads to the precinct receiving the local nickname of ‘hounds of helmawr’
