Is the +1D3" to movement applied to each move action taken, or is it +1D3" to my entire movement for the activation? I assumed the former, others in my group said the latter.

I've assumed the former and (because Enrage is a simple action) been enraged twice and zipped over the board with +4 D3 in a turn...

given the strength of CGC tho - you might want to avoid that - I would strongly argue the case that it's +1d3 to each movement characteristic tho (as written in the book of Ruin) - so it applies to both actions.

It may be simple but doesn't mean it stacks once enraged you're already enraged.. I think you're right that the D3 applies to both move actions as it says add to stat. Sprint skill would grant a third +D3 mind.

Do you roll D3 and add to result to stat or roll D3 per move action?

It increases the stat before the move actions are taken, so definitely roll D3 then apply it to every time the fighter uses their Move that round. You'd also double the increased Move stat without re-rolling the D3 if you played the tactics card that lets you double your move for a charge.

Hmm, The Book of Ruin does say "move characteristic", which is pretty definitive. I was looking at the newest Bookromunda PDF which just says "movement." Also, my arbitrator has house ruled Enrage to be a basic action and one roll is made at the time of the Enrage action and applies to everyone for the whole round, so I avoid the other issues brought up.

Thanks.
