I want to make a Space Marine army in WH40K 10th edition, but which chapter should I choose? I'd prefer a first founding chapter, but I am fine with a second founding one

Blood Angels were my favourite in 2nd edition.

It's hard to say what you should go for without knowing what you're looking for.

Are you interested in rules? Aesthetics? Lore? Ease of painting?

Are you asking about rules, background or colour schema?

Because that’s the main things I would consider.

There was a test in the GW website asking “do you like melee, shooting or tanks?”, depending on which you get a chapter “assigned”.

If you are not sure you can always make your own chapter and decide the lore later. I advise to let your senses do the choice: pick the coolest

Didn't they just announce 11th edition? that's something to keep in mind. Personally, i've always just gone with the rule of cool. Which is why i have Space Vikings and Nuns with Guns. But i haven't played since 3rd....

I went for the scythes of the emperor, but just read a bit on lexicanum and pick one that ticks for you...

there's more then enough themes;
humanists, cannibals, psycho's, space robots, highland warriors, religious zealots, templars, modern soldiers, romans, greeks, maori, I believe some are even affected by 'americanism'...
