A slight update...
The ridge and muscles make him feel like a Goliath gone wrong (so many vat modifications) and then he’s bitten by a vampire. The thrall is obviously a Delaque. I don’t know if you were intending on making your vampire/CGC gang out of heavily modified house gangers, but it could add to the theme.
They use the cgc rules verbatim. My cutters and butcher will all be more heavily mutated although Augustus is particularly huge. The thralls are all using delaque bodies because it gives a nosferatu look. The only model I'm still conceptualising is my counts as butcher Lordington Remington Dashwood IV... I have a couple of ideas I'm toying with.

I'm definitely impressed with this work.
