Hi all,

I’ve recently joined a Necromunda group, with an Enforcer list. However, I still need to assemble and paint them! In order to keep myself motivated, I decided to start a painting and modelling log!

I wanted to get started with the Enforcers themselves, but I noted the group I joined used the allies rules, so I couldn’t stay behind. I thought the Guild of Coin were a good fit, and I could assemble the necessary models from left-over bits (thanks, extra legs in the enforcers kit). So here’s my Toll Collectors:

Left to right: Groveller with shotgun (Tuppenny), Master of Coin (Master Sterling), Skinflint (Mr. Pound), Groveller with long rifle (Farthing).

What do you think? Do they convince as Guilders? I’m thinking of painting them predominantly yellow and white (along with gold, and a bone-coloured coat for Master), but I’m very interested in any suggestions regarding painting them - so far I’ve mostly painted Kill Team models along to official GW guides,

Cheers for any and all suggestions! :)

A minor update; I had a thought on how to use some of some leftover models from my Militarum Kill Team in Necromunda...

Introducing the Brothers Basch, Dust Wall Veterans recently retired (or deserted? Hmm...) From left to Right:

Alexei "Lex" Basch, Rogue Doc
Yivan "Van" Basch, Hive Scum with Flak armour, Frag Grenades, and a Lasgun
Demetrius "Dem" Basch, Bounty Hunter with Flak and a Flamer

They're mostly stock Guard models, with some mild kitbashing between Guard kits. I figure if I paint them up in a Necromundan 8th scheme they'll look nicely like planetary militia. One thing I noticed is how small the plastic Guardsmen are when compared to newer models!

So I'm thinking that the Basches are just from a genetically short family - people have different sizes in real life too, after all!

Next up will be some more Hive Scum made from Chaos Cultists and another Bounty Hunter I'm calling "The Fenrisian" (not at all inspired by a current TV show set in a Galaxy Far Away...). And then on to the actual Enforcers!

And here’s my Bounty Hunter: The Fenrisian.

His pistol is both a Chainsword and a Laspistol, and he also carries a master-crafted long rifle and a grapnel launcher. Together with his trusty familiar, “the Snotling”, he travels the Underhives of Necromunda looking for bounties.

Happy New Year all!

modelling continues! As my gang has the Xenos Beast Trafficking racket, I needed a Xenos beast. The official Gyrinx is very difficult to get without a load of Eldar models I don’t need, so instead I decided to convert up a Grapplehawk, named “Pecky”:

Hope you like it. It’s made of Sicarian and Marine Reiver bits, mostly.

Additionally, I built a couple more Hive Scum, and an Ammo Jack (on the left):

Names mostly pending, apart from “The Rag Man”, on the right.

I’ve also finally started with the Enforcers themselves. Most still unfinished, but here’s a taste of R-404 ”Servitor”:

Very interested in feedback on all these! Thanks guys.

Everything seems pretty good. I think the backpack on the bird is a little big, maybe it would be a little less bulky without the cables.
Aside from that these all seem like good conversions.

Thanks! I wasn‘t entirely sure on the backpack to start with, but I liked that the cables gave some sense of movement. I might still trim them, though!

I think the backpack is fine. With wings like those, that pack has got to be an anti-grav/flight unit. And while it does look good, the push-button activator and pair of dials on the ends of the cables seem a little weird for this bird-thing.

Valid points, it might be the stuff at the end of the cables that makes it seem so out of place. If you have some spare Van Saar interface ponytails, those could work a treat as a replacements.
Also, the AdMech logo in the center is a bit too much branding for something supposedly Xenos (nothing stopping a heretek from just making something similar, they even introduced them for outlaw gangs). Could you find something to replace the skull?
Anyway, hope this is helpful,

Thanks! I may indeed cut off te dangly bits, then. Don’t have any Van Saar bits but I can probably find something suitable.

Agreed also on the AdMech logo; I like it as a detail but it doesn’t really fit. Will need to think what to replace it with...

Depends on your fluff for the Grapple Hawk. Maybe it’s an escaped AdMech experiment? (Which could also explain the button and dials). If a heretic MechPriest was doing some experiments with weird xenos tech (maybe Necron) and that’s the result?

Hmm, I’ll need to do some considering. Figuring out a paint scheme will help... thanks for the advice!

Sure did!
