Summer is bussy whit bout work and reenactment. But I mandagen to finish some more stuff.

Thank you i finding what color to use is often the most difficult part of painting. And for the cawdors im painting now its the second time for some of them as i was not happy whit the first colors. Im using more and more scale 75 as that gives me a very mat finish. And i use a wet pallet so i often bled the colors my self. As i find it easyer to have some white and yellow on the wet pallet than to look to all my colors to find a lighter one.

Those scale fingers you're showing off in these pictures are amazing! For real though, I hate taking mini photos, the camera never wants to focus on the right thing.
 
One tip I found really helped was to take the photo from further away, makes it easier to get the camera to focus, then crop the photo as erquired

from what I can make out though, they are looking good!

I've also had good luck using paper with a smaller font as a backdrop. If you get the distance right the camera will often be more cooperative.
Like instructions or something.
