Welcome to the sixth FYSC submissions thread of 2024! Not late as usual because I have my Summer holiday!

As previously on FYSC, the most important rule in the submissions thread is, don't talk about the submissions thread. Actually it's "only make one post with pictures of your finished models" but I wanted to see who still reads these (copy/paste/repeat). Anyway, this is to avoid clutter and make it easier to set the vote up, and for yakkers to peruse when deciding who to vote for.
The rest of the rules are here, which is also where you can post banter/praise/questions about this and that.

Looking forward to seeing your finished stuff once again!

July has been a cracking month! I started off by finishing some Necrons. I always find the joy gained from finishing my stuff is directly proportional to the amount of time said stuff has remained as a work in progress. In that context, these Necrons are some of the purest FYSC catnip as I started them in February 2024!

This ball for my Blood Bowl Undead was an entertaining interlude before moving on to more serious matters. I've been starting my BB league matches with "ooh, have you got a ball we can use?" for many years, so it's nice to actually have an in theme one at last:

Serious matters were of course finishing the Underworld Troll for the current YakComp:

And to relax after that quite painstaking paint job, I finished the last two heros from the Etherfields board game. These are quick zenithal/contrast/selective highlight jobs.

LIke the Necrons, these Rangers have been lounging in the WIP box for a very long time. My best guess would be 2012-14 sort of time. These were not made by me, but by an Eldar kitbasher of some repute on the Warseer forum. I liked them so much at the time that I bought the unpainted kitbashes off him, along with some kitbashed Fire Dragons, the only part started models I've ever bought in fact. Infuriatingly difficult to photograph properly for some reason, but now they can sit in my cabinet instead of in a box:

And then yesterday I put the final touches to this Gaslands trike, a mashup of a motorbike, some wheels and a very oversized engine from a hot wheels car that I made a few years ago. I have failed in Gaslands photography by neglecting to put anything for scale, suffice to say it's quite small and zooming in to this degree doesn't help the paint job!

I'm not at liberty to say much more, but if you happen to like Danish dramatic television, be on the lookout around fall of 2025...
