My entry for YakComp27, Stranger in a Strange Land, completed:
The orks call her “Legbreaker.” The Legion call her “Alpharius,” but then they call everyone Alpharius, don’t they? Her kindred call her “A Knife In The Eye Of Death,” which left the fire caste Shas’ui nonplussed when he was introduced.
The vessel that carries her from contract to contract is “Three Spears,” though she does not say why. She has hunted across the galaxy, and each time she returns to her home warsphere, "Bright Light Through Morning Leaves," she brings more future to her kindred.
She has stood on the dusts of Angelis, upon the ceramite floors of Precipice, and in the swamps of Ymargl. She has been paid by human governors, by eldar exodites. by ork freebooter captains.
And rightly so, every payment well earned.
One day, she will die, and her own flesh shall feed her kindred, that she will not be lost.

If you need a GRC mob project to distract you, might I suggest my dream of making use of the new Night Goblin model surge, to create Jawa-themed rebel grots? Bright yellow eyes, dirty brown robes, coal-black skin where showing, and a massive trakked Lugga built from an old Land Raider lower hull combined with an old Rhino chassis. Painted red, that part, of course.
Because how could you not want to make Jawas out of these:

.Seriously when the time comes i can try to do some grc like this... i love also the "normal" look of gorkamorka grot but grot/jawa it's really a GREAT idea.
Ideally i want to all the gorkamorka mob so in the future i'll surely think about that.... thanks for the idea!!
I know THAT feeling. And yet I found myself last evening, after the day's work was done, when I should have been contemplating sleep, instead rummaging through the GorkaMorka bits box, to dig out a first-gen Land Raider chassis, and a first-gen rhino, and some other WWI tank plating, and bits... and test-fitting them for the GRC "Lugga" Sand Crawler. I own like... TWO night goblins in pewter.
I don't know if that will stop me.

So, one small addition, another "snaga equivalent," finally painted and based and finished, and two more hound "squig equivalents."
Done as part of my April "Finish Yer Stuff Challenge" entry, alongside a pile of Mordheim ghosts and stunties.
Separately, in addition to digging out bits to build the Sand Crawler Lugga, I also hauled out the mob of four Morkers on their bikes, and the bits to build the three RollerZ-equipped gun-boys to complete their starting mob. Once they are complete, there are a couple of boys left to finish off in the Freebooter-themed Gorker mob, which will then give us one of each save Diggas.

Psst! There are OTHER people who have been inspired by a Jawas/Goblin crossover! And most of them are even sane! They have certificates to prove it, after all, and what kind of insane person has a certificate from a doctor attesting to their sanity, I ask you? Hmm? Anyhow. So here are the Morker biker gang, with BladerZ rather than sidecars, WiP:
^Construction of the "BladerZ" rules RollerZ. Building the roller skates by choosing booted ork boys, cutting round sprue, gluing it under the soles of the boots, trimming and filing the sprue edges flat, mounting on round bases. The roller skates to be painted in 1980s sci-fi roller derby colour combinations.
^ Showing how the 'wheeled' boots fit to the bases.
