So, after setting myself the challenge of painting-up a gang in one sitting a couple of weeks ago, I thought I would put-up a little showcase of the results here.

Having dug-out my lightbox to assist with presentation shots for this months yaktribe competition entry I thought iId have a go at photographing the pit-slaves for some proper roster photos (to add to the Yaktribe roster for the gang) and a couple of presentation shots of the gang so you can see them in the best light possible and more accurately how they appear in real-life too.

My plan is to post-up a more detailed 'how-to' guide for my 'turbo-painting' "paint-along" methods over the xmas break so that people can see how its possible to paint-up a gang to a decent tabletop standard in one sitting.

Without further ado I present to you

If you can do something like that quickly then yes, please do share your secrets. It seems to take me ages.

Agreed @Ben_S, takes me an aeon to paint anything!
I think the Duke buys 'Spur' from the Outlaw rare trade chart, I can't see how else he'd be able to do this..

Goes without saying, fantastic work.

The models look great but what happened to the bases?

I'm just not sure quite what to do with them yet.... haven't quite found a solution I'm happy with yet, any ideas....?

Badass models, and quality photos.

Why feel the need to start another thread though? You can just keep one going and going (look at @Jaws 24 page monster for instance) for all your projects.

These are really nice. The blues really pop. Reminds me a bit of Borderlands for some reason.
As for multiple threads, I guess it is a personal preference. I sometimes have trouble finding my own stuff if I want to go back and review, now. :p But I like the fact that I can click to page one, and see how I have improved on my earlier mistakes. Gradually getting better results. :)

Multiple project threads are one thing... but multiple rules question threads are another. If only there were some feel good initiative that everyone could get involved with in the new year to help make an even more amazing user experience for this site.

The miniatures look top notch, as does all your stuff. Very well played, super excited to the idea of speed painting tutorials. Sometimes my painting sessions don't get past staring off into space for a long time with a paintbrush in hand, so any help is great help :)
