It doesn't look like there is a lot of conversation goin on about Outcasts gangs, so I figured I would post my list here to get involved in a conversation and put it out there to be scrutinized.
The gang is going to be lead by the Rebel Lord Lady Credo, with a Fallen Houses affiliation.
I'll just post the list here since it's easier than creating the custom profiles!
Lady Credo -250cr
(Comes equipped with a MC power sabre, MC laspistol, light carapace and refractor field)
(Archetype: either survivor or wyrd, starts with own skills anyway)

Quick rundown. GL champ has a boning sword just because of the pieces I used to change up the hive scum model and add a GL.
Chose Diviner for the extra reroll once a game it gives you and for warp whispers. Warp whispera probably iant the beat, but its (special) which means the Willpower 8 outcasts champ wont have to cast. Also allows me to occasionally bring an extra ganger.
The Stub plasma champ is pretty much the only way to get plasma without choosing a delegation, leader, or affiliation specifically to get it. Also double plas gunfighter wont be terrible to back up my leader.
The Hazard suit on the melee hive scum is A because its useful, but mostly because I had 10 credits left and you cant biy a hazard suit for your leader or champs.
It will assist him supporting the leader.
Otherwose lasguns to assist GL and pin, and autoguns t9 provide cover!
