Here in Europe I ended up finding a lot (even if importing from the UK is more expensive)
One of the 3 mainland European bits suppliers who sold to the US recently re-oriented to the EU so that opened up a nice stock of empire materials...

I bought one of each of the Old World Empire boxes (Militia, Troops, Archers, Greatswords and Missile Troops) which I managed to get for a steal of a deal. I've got enough now to make several human warbands along with some models with different equipment choices. In fact I just built an Ostermark warband yesterday.

I'm ordering 3D printed bits for an ostermark warband as well!
(and for kislevites and a heavily kit bashed pitfighter warband)

I also ordered 2 empire boxes (great sword & archers) and the original mordheim accessory sprue (for blue stuff copying),
but I have to wait till those orders are complete.
