N18 Looking for feedback on a Cawdor gang

I just whipped up the Order of the Flaming Rose.

My original plan was to incorporate as much fire weaponry as possible in a 10 man gang, but that stuff's expensive! So instead I've opted for a crew focused on swarming. If I'm not mistaken (and I very well can be!) the leader should be able to activate a total of 4 other fighters each turn!

Any feedback? I really have no idea what I'm doing here, but I've really been in the mood to start building a Cawdor gang. I love the look of the new models.

Is it worth slapping armour on Juves or should I use those credits for something else?
 
Made an alternate version of the gang.

The addition of the two-handed axe was to 1) capitalize on the Leader's WS and 2) I'm thinking that the Cult Icon could double as an axe as well.

Any input?
