I was wondering where the official rules for Mad Donna is? Where are the rules for all the other Names Bounty Hunters too?

Forgotten guns pdf in the vault was a good collective of hired guns. They were collated for the LRB, but should be compatible with the NCE (double check the skills still work similarly/sub in a new skill if required).
