I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I think the Necromunda books delve into Iquisimunda territory already. There isn't a need to make a huge fan expansion that tries to quantify xenos and Inquisitors retenues and all their myriad possibilities. A little bit of creative "gang" building, ignoring of restrictions, and having a GM to remix and homebrew the game is all you need.
