I've posted a narrative batrep of my first Inquisimunda game on a new blog page I've started. My friend and I are running a campaign with each of us fielding a few different gangs.

I plan to synthesize the various games down into some sort of cohesive story, then post it up on my blog as often as we're able to get a game in. We're three or four games in now, so I've got a bit of backlog to do. I'm planning to center it around the Vengeance of Erasmus (a puritan Ordo Hereticus cell) hunting a Chaos Coven of Tzeentch known as the Pernicious Flame. Though as they'll discover, the as yet unnamed hive has more than a few heretical groups trying to take control of the world for their respective patron(s).

Check it out and let me know what you think, constructive C&C is always good. Apologies also if this is the wrong subforum for this sort of thing, pretty green around here still!

You should feel shameless about just double posting your writing works in the Inquisimunda section of the forums. It will bolster the content there as well as give your work more exposure ;)(y)

...oh and I got all excited having misread it as Narrative Battle Raps. There's a sick Escher dis track about Goliaths that will make this Meek Mills/Drake stuff look like Kid'n Play :D

Haha, thanks I'll just make this my own little advertising board then. ;) I'm hoping to add in some pics as well, once I get my gangs up to snuff.

Necromunda Rap Battles? Someone should make these a thing!

That's an awesome write up mate! I can see a heist scenario or a loot one being the next step, as either the inq defend the computer while the techpriest works (horde) or the group have to move around the warehouse trying to recover evidence (loot) about the taint.... ah this is seriously why I love Imunda, its so naturally flowing!

And make sure you do plenty more write ups of the campaign, how you've managed to add so much to what is generally a time filler shootout is incredible! :)

Glad you enjoyed it! I'm really excited about what can be done with the Inquisimunda system, though my friend and I are coming from Inquisitor to this so we're still finding the happy medium between storytelling and working with the ruleset. It's such a nice middle ground between an RPG and mini wargame.

Next up will probably be the introduction of a Rogue Trader's radical warband, who are cleverly manipulating a xenos pirate faction into keeping the Inquisition occupied while they complete some heretical dealings with the Tyrant's Maw cult. The ability as a rogue trader to trade with other gangs enables a fun bribe mechanic in the campaign setting and let's the player utilize other factions to help them meet their objectives.

I really enjoyed that rep, well written! These skirmishes really lend themselves to narrative battle reports. Keep up the great work!
