What pages are you missing? The page numbers are kept as is with the other rulebooks, but otherwise the NCE is strictly the rules and omits all the pages that are purely fluff related. Could these be the missing pages you are thinking??

Pages 57 through 73. It skips from 56 to 74 as if they were deleted from the PDF.
Yeah my assumption is that this is the non-rules sections. Download a copy of the LRB from the Vault here and compare the pages, if they line up where the missing ones are pretty pictures or background stories on the gangs, then that is what it is - I believe it is an IP related thing but the NCE does not include a bunch of the artwork and background fluff from the Living Rulebook. It also keeps the document smaller. That should be all that is missing, the NCE is as complete as a constantly play tested and improved document can be

Just to confirm, @Blood Donor is correct, those central pages of the physical book were a lovely set of pictures of all the gangs (generally a page per gang and then some shots of gangs 'in play' on tables with scenery). They were omitted from the LRB that GW hosted due to it allowing the file size to be considerable smaller (that's the reason I was told when I emailed GW back in late 2000's when it was still on their site). Hope that helps
Is there an edition with the photos? Printing it out I guess it wouldn't be as big of a deal, just the page numbers not lining up with the glossary on the PDF is killing my OC tendencies. Im also really big on making it look like, my copy of LRB that I printed I had bound nicely. I would like to do it again with the community edition.

That's a google search, the first hit (a pdf on a website called poiniousmonkey or similar) is a black and white scan of the LRB with those pages in, They are background information and some cool artwork on the gangs, not photos as my faulty memory was trying to tell me they were. You should be able to extract those pages and insert them into your copy of the NCE. Hope that helps mate

The LRB in the vault that Blood Donor linked to has the missing pages. Last time I checked they even lined up in page numbers.
I figured it out. now to learn to edit stuff. thanks all.

so I may or may not of added the missing pages if someone needs the PDF for a clean print ( i.e. Double sided without blank pages)
Does anyone know if there is any form of summary sheet, with all the rule changes in NCE from the LRB, as I don't want to have to print the whole rulebook out again.
Changes are primarily marked in red, so you could copy and paste all that stuff into a word document, but the hassle of an extra printing would save you the long run hassle of cross referencing in my opinion.

Hi. Why I can't download this file? I've tried over 10 times, but still every times firefox says: error downloading this file. Can you help me somehow? Have you same problem?
Does the download proceed correctly, until after a couple of MB the error cuts it short? I encountered a similar issue, yesterday it crashed for me after 15MB. Didn't investigate much, small files do manage to download completely. Not sure if the issue is time spent downloading, the browser, or something else.
