Who's in command of the Necromundan PDF Regiments during the Aranthian Seccession? They are clearly a separate organization from the Enforcers who uphold imperial houses justice. There is a point where the secession goes way past a civil strife and enforcement issue, so why weren't the PDF mobilized? Wasn't Haera the acting Governor at the time?
