Need heads for Brooklyn Nine Nine themed Enforcer gang.

I'm making a Brooklyn Nine Nine themed Enforcer gang for a campaign. They are assembled, magnetised and primed. Except for the heads. I need heads for the main cast. I have one ordered for Captain Holt on its way from Poland, and I found an .stl file that looks like Boyle on Cgtrader, although it's $35 USD for a pack of four heads, that I then still need to print. I've been through a lot of custom bits pages and have been unable to locate the heads I need. Any help would be appreciated. If you know of an appropriate head attached to a body, I'm open to buying and ruining a miniature if I need its noggin. These are the characters I'm looking to replicate.

Deputy Comissioner Madeline Wunch (Some other kind of hanger on.)
Detective Keith "The Vulture" Pembroke (probably a hanger on, but maybe an extra squad member if I need more.)
Doug "The Pontiac Bandit" Judy (Who is going to be an ambot named Dug Judy, I have printed a scale chassis of a Pontiac as part of the conversion. I might just use a robot head if the human head looks out of place on a giant robot body.)

How did you go with this project? I'd love to see some progress pics of your gang/squad.

I got a head for Holt, Jeffords, Hitchcock and Scully, but the campaign ended early so I lost a lot of impetus towards finding those other heads. I'll get back to it eventually and make sure I post them all up.
