New models incoming

I just noticed that on the UK site. Was looking at picking up the LotR Balin's Tomb game to give it a try but sadly no longer available.

EDIT: I see now it was a limited run. Seems sensible in the run up to Christmas to have your affordable starter set go OOP. Great work as usual GW.

Ok. Wont hold my breath on this one. Another poor communication from George GW.

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice erm shame on you again.
All that extra shame is probably what broke Gdubs sewer line.

”Employees are reminded that the work we do is important but also likely to generate tremendous amounts of shame and conflicted feelings which can, in turn, impact your ermmmmm physical output. This, of course, can clearly have broader impacts on our workplace and the neighborhood. We are re-thinking our insistence on using promethium pipelines to connect to the city’s sewer system and in the interim ask that you emulate the Company’s release model by both limiting the quantities of your releases and working to ensure equitable distribution of said releases in the greater Nottingham area. Why not put a Burden upon Trent or maybe crop dust Derby? Many of your colleagues enjoy a Whoopsie on the Wolds or dropping off their kids at the pool in Sheffield. Together we can make a difference in our community and the surrounding area.”

The Necromunda facebook page just posted a download link for a trading post PDF. No proper WarComm download page yet unfortunately.

From a quick scan, it's the stuff from GotU the Book of Outcasts. No Black Market. So... not everything we'd been hoping for, but better than nothing?
I feel like I need to start checking it for typos though. 😅

Edit: Dowload link is here: https://www.warhammer-community.com/downloads/#necromunda

This probably isn't the place to discuss it fully, but I notice that it has the 'new' Suspensors from HoS that work on melee weapons too.

Nice! People have been waiting for this one.

Looks mostly identical to what we already got, with the same updates as in Outcast book. The gang specific rarity from N18 (which was copied over to outcast) is gone, which is good in my opinion as it was too messy. It has the updated costs like grav pistol 70, cleaver 20 and minor improvements like whip has Str S. And the same old mistakes as always, like a bunch of weapons having AP-1 without effect (grav pistol / grav fist-ranged and grav gun).

Looks like they have also clarified how reckless weapons with rapid fire also work.

I can see that I’m going to need to sit down and do a side by side comparison between a bunch of books so I know what has changed.

Edit: and it looks like they added a sentence into suspensors that clarifies what fighting with one handed weapons actually means.
