I'm liking the all the robots/automata critters, but I'm finding it hard to believe that there are no Inquisitors/Tech Adepts in all of Necromunda calling tech-heresy on this burgeoning market.
I think Necromunda has a sort of Las Vegas status. As in: What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. So yes, Helmawr knows. The high lords of Terra know. The upper echelons of the Inquisition know. But as long as the planet keeps churning out endless amounts of wargear to fight the stuff spilling out of the galaxy-spanning wound in reality, I think they've got the whole thing earmarked as "to be dealt with eventually". I also bet more than one fresh-faced, bright-eyed, overeager inquisitor suffered a mysterious case of gunned down out of nowhere while sprinting towards the Exterminatus button. And as far as Mechanicus goes...well, as a resident of the illustrious Forgeworld of Stygies VIII, I can tell you that some rules involving tech heresy are really more like guidelines, unless you're a stuck-up wet blanket from Mars.
Ahem.
As for the Psyker/Spector wombo combo: You know me, I am often a voice of positivity here, and also a huge Delaque nerd. And I am telling you, don't buy these, Forgeworld can get bent.
The sculpts all look fine to great. The Wyrd is a great sculpt to my eye, and the Spektors look fine. But packaging a model everybody might use with something only one gang can use tells us they want to get rid of them and force people to buy them.
And as a Delaque nerd I think I know the reason. Spektors aren't that great. They are fine, sure, but for what they can do, there are so many other things in a Delaque toybox that are flashier, cheaper, or simply more effective, that only gangs with lots of creds to spare may buy one. And definitely never three. Also, while the models are fine, I am pretty sure I can kitbash something quite like that from leftover bits I have via the Delaque gang expansion for exactly no extra cost instead of a resin kit that will probably hover around 30€ at least.
