New models incoming

The new LOTR Hill tribesmen look quite ripe for Necromunda conversions:

And I'm sure *someone* will find a use for this little guy that comes with the Ratling Kill Team:

Lotr minis are much smeller than normal gw scale. Are those resculpts? Would imagine similar minis were released around 20 years ago.

Probably these dunlendings:

I entirely want that Ratling Kill Team. Yes, for Necromunda. The whole of it.
Not ONLY for the nostalgia of the N95 Ratling Sniper gang hire. Also for.

The current attention Ratlings are getting from GW feels aimed at me.

They WOULD release a big squad of (plastic) Ratlings AFTER I'd gone and converted an entire (and large) gang from the Halfling BloodBowl team and other assorted minis. Jerks!

Still getting them though.

I did mine as an Outcast gang, with a Criminal Alliance to Cold Traders. The Halflings run a chain of frozen custard stands (including a mobile one), and mistook the Cold Traders for being in the frozen dessert industry. They rolled with it. It's all just business, right?

Ooh I rather like these, think they might be added to my list of gribblies and NPCs
I like just about everything but the cables to the power sword. I've looked for minis to be the foundation for conversions of the those two models (Test of Honor, etc.) but never figured out something I thought I could actually make.

Page 666, woooo..... I swear I've seen someone on here convert the telepath out of the BSF Navigator's body with the KT Rogue Trader Assassin's hair-bunches and a Harlequin maskface, that looked perfect. Not feeling the new official ones, but that's kinda a relief cos I got Urban Mammoth Triads to stand in for these guys and an Outcast gang built around 'em a while back.

It feels like they've got a backlog of Forge world Necromunda miniatures that they're just dumping out all at the same time (which, to be clear, I'm 100% in favour of). House Ty delegation, the corpse merchant and narker the abyssal ferrymen, and the heretek - all within the space of a few weeks.

If only they'd release the Guild of Coin and Promethium Guild figures...

Last chance to join in!
Begins tomorrow:

There's always size creep from the old metals it allows them to get more detail in the plastics.
Makes sense. Though they’d also get more detail in on larger anything… plastic, metal or resin…

Anyway I was just sharing a comparison to say that the newer sculpts most likely are larger than the older ones.

Which seems true for GW no matter what, the newer ones are almost always larger.
