N18 New to Necromunda. Outcasts gang feedback

Im new to Necromunda and have just started playing.

Im really liking all the possible customizations you can think up with a Outcasts gang.

Im still too much of a noob to dive into Alliances and their vast number of options and sticking with standard gang Affiliations.

Just a couple of general pointers.
If you're taking Overseer on your Leader, don't spend much to equip him/her; they'll be spending their actions on Overseer, not shooting or fighting. Mesh Armor and a Lasgun is just fine.
For most starting gangs, it's most efficient to focus fighters on specific roles and equip them accordingly. This means that most fighters will not have the long gun/pistol/weapon loadout you've used. It is indeed flexible, but you'll find yourself overwhelmed by more efficient gangs. I'd suggest that all of your Riflemen be equipped with Lasguns and nothing else.
I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that you are entitled to a free Specialist ganger. If that's correct, I'd suggest upgrading your Sharpshooter to Specialist and equipping him/her with a Long Las.
Even with Nerves of Steel (which is excellent), your Heavy Stubber isn't an optimal choice, since you won't be able to move and shoot without a Suspensor. If you can't find the credits for a Suspensor, I'd suggest taking an effective but slightly cheaper weapon like a Plasma Gun, or going the inexpensive but effective route of giving Boltguns to the Champion and at least one other fighter.
 
Drop the mauls. They are the worst melee weapon. They actually give your opponents a armour save.

Outcast gangs do not get a specialist at the start unlike all other gangs.

Overseers don't work well over equipped. Either you ignore the skill and use weapons or waste the credits on weapons you can't use while ordering about. Both are good options just not simultaneously.
