Bug Notifications missing

For some reason I don’t seem to be notified of people tagging my username.

I’ve found a couple of posts now that I’ve been mentioned but never notified and I’ve only discovered them as I wanted to read the latest messages on those threads.

Is there a bug??

I wondered the same thing, oddly due to a post where you tagged me and I only stumbled across it in browsing.

I know if you edit a post and then tag someone during the editing process it doesn't trigger a notification. That might be it?

One way to test: no edits to this post, I’ll just tag you and a few others in.

Maybe it was an edit thing or maybe the bug has passed??
