Sorry about the above - I seem to have managed to double post, and then delete my instagram post, while trying to delete one of the above duplicated posts.
How do I delete a post on this forum?

Once you have posted a bit more deleting/etc unlocks. Like 5 or 10 posts.

Thanks - also is there a better way to upload pictures - other than linking to sites like for instance instagram - which I dont use

Once you have posted a few more times and been promoted from New Member to Juve or Ganger you should be able to upload images directly to your own Yaktribe album. Each image has buttons under it that you can click on under it to copy the BB code, to paste into your post (full size, thumbnail/etc).
