I'm looking for the old redemptionist rules where the Priest could preach a sermon in the post battle phase to potentially recruit new brethren or gain income as tithes. Does this ring a bell for anyone or am i crazy? I remember stumbling across the rules a long time ago but i can't seem to find them anymore.

The Seminary territory in the Redemptionist territory table of Outlanders is essentially that if you happen to roll it up.

Ah those magazines are rare beasts. There aren't any copies hosted here, and the few websites that used to have them/bits of them are since gone.
