No - But the "Book of the Outcast" let's you build a custom gang using a hive scum profile as the core gangers. There are then some enhanced champion a d leader profiles to add in. And access to different skill trees and gang book weapon selections. Essentially it's a blank canvas to make what you want with. These guys are built from a Beastmen box from AoS with various 40K and N18 weapons thrown in to make them SciFi and not High Fantasy.
Now you have to either get or make a Gor HalfHorn. Love the purple, btw
And on a related note, Grav Bikes / Light Vehicles for the gang also.
