N18 Outcast gang idea help.

Hello, hope you are all well!.

To the point -

I love the Kroxigor models and had an idea to create an outcast leader with one.
It was an experiment got loose, all melee and tanky etc.

Was looking at the sump beast stats, maybe the skills and weapons too. (any other suggestions would be very welcome).

The two champs are eldar shaman (psykers) with a rag tag collection of followers, (all skinks) who chase after the kroxigor as it carves a path of death and destruction on a pilgrimage.

Was wondering if anybody had ideas for champs support roles?, wyrd powers seem to lack buffs and defensive abilities to aid the leader?.
Is the sump beast profile ok?, being a reptilian I wanted to have a tank, maybe go with wyrd powers on the leader too?, give it abilities or keep to physical skills?.
a frenzon collar could do alot of heavy lifting perhaps.

ideas for outcast champions:
-long rifle & trick shot or marksman?
-firebomber in tandem with a pyromancer?
-divination (foreboding) psyker
-grenade launcher

lore: the delaque worship aliens... you may have an option there.

PS: you will need to agree with your arbitrator if your concept is balanced
