How exactly does the gang affiliation work for Outcasts, particularly in regards to equipment?

Example; if I make Outcast Goliaths, can I buy the Stimmers assault grenade launcher for everyone? Or is there a general list i need to use?

Also, which book has the Guild and Noble alliances so I can check their gear lists.

Outcast equipment.
It's in the FAQ 2022 (most up to date) page 11 second to last frequently asked question to maintain rule book.
You pick the gang leaders equipment list. So not the stimmers.

Which book?
The most up to date one, usually a House of book but the Books of Judgement and Peril contain mostly correct versions of them.

I'm looking over the FAQ and not seeing what you reference. The whole gang uses the leader gear list or just the leader can use the leader gear from the House they came from?

My bad it's page 17 not 11.
If you go to the section for FAQs for the Necromunda Rule book it's the second to last Q and A of that section, (or two before the Gangs of Underhive section), where it details the situation. It even gives the example of having a Venator gang with a House legacy, Outcast affiliation will be the same.
I will see about getting a picture up later but can't do it from my phone and away from my computer
