Played five turns last night. Mostly moved around the board. An early opening to fire was thwarted by an inability to aim at the target. Picture was taken after I decided that they should shoot at each other at least once before I ended. Panzer missed. Sherman hit but the Panzer armor roll matched the number of hits causing damage and the Panzer was forced back.

The command dice rolls each turn make for some interesting options or lack of options which I'm sure could be worked into narrative play. In prepping for the game I did find that during the washing and drying phase of readying the tanks I'd swapped four of their turrets. They're matched up now but it means my simple paint jobs require more work since they're half done.

More progress on 15mm tanks for Girls Und Panzer using What a Tanker rules. Even trying my hand at a conversion done by a hobby blogger who has done a lot of Girl Und Panzer 15mm hobbying. Still need to actually watch the anime TV series and movies but will research paint jobs for the tanks and try to get closer to a 3 v 3 tank battle between schools by the end of the summer. The one piece of 15mm WW2 terrain at my local hobby store should be able to double duty as both a fuel cache and graffito paint supply if I end up trying to merge Yaktribe lore into any flavor of my WW2 gaming. Need to brew some tea and age up my sheet of posters since in my mind the legend of "Il Stoofle" is spread through stencil and flyer.
