"This is the end of matter and reality." said the spy to McGarvey.
"Poor show by the genestealers in this one."
"Nest secure."
"Partial collapse of the field containment."
"Secure again please." said McGarvey to his squadmates. Being an arbitrator was hard but this terrain that had been cobbled together out of an atom creator shrine and a micro bionic drillset sleuze channel and micro sonic conductor had made the place a bit better for the money spinners out there. As usually there were the gangs joyriding around the lower levels with the shopping carts full of junk weaponry to McGarvey.
"Cannot secure." Brutalix the Mind Binder, an ancient retired wyrd, hired for this kind of situation. Stood there staring into the distance and twitching.
"Brutalix move behind Effran-" commanded McGarvey.
"Too late" said Effran. Blood plumed out of the wyrd's head and Effran shot his shotgun five times into the poor psyker's head, torso and chest. The gibbed remains rained down.
"Move to secondary spots?" questioned with terror two of the other squad mates.
"Venators on me." said the supporting unit.
"Every man for himself McGarvey." said a tired old ganger, old staff and double dum-dum stub guns in his belt. Bionic Chest and a real bitterness in his heart/lungs/whatever was in there he thought sometimes. Better get this stupid prat out of the way of the minefield they are going to drop down here afterwards. Genestealers are as intelligent as us, they are not just bugs, cannot just brush them off or crush them with your shoe. Even this stupid mouse trap isn't going to work very well.
"Follow me Sir!" shouted Kalix this ganger.
"Fine but you are paying my wages back useless sod." said McGarvey.
Kalix growled and kept going.
"Follow us!" yelled McGarvey as loud shapes began to echo out.

Four stories high, really very much an overview look out house. Just this part. Surrounded by four hut like areas. A temple below the tower. The huts suspended in the air above the hut extending the walkways to the tower in the centre. The temple had two exits and ramps lead down each side. Barricades could be deployed from the temple and a mining work lead from the flank and a servo-net terminal that the traders worked with linked directly to the other side via three panels.

One of the nests had been dealt with on the upper side of the lower dome but when the genestealers' came they did not fall for the trap on the other level, and the two there looked at each other and tried to enter the temple to heavy fire from House Cawdor with Delaque Hired Guns as back up.

"This is the end of everything," the spy muttered to McGarvey.
"Poor showing by the stealers," McGarvey replied, scanning the gloom.
"Nest secure. But we’ve got a containment breach in the field."
"Seal it again," McGarvey snapped. He hated this sector—a jagged mess of shrines and sonic conduits—but the credits made it worth the risk. Below, ganger scum were already howling through the lower levels in their rusted scrap-wagons.

Brutalix, the ancient Wyrd, stood rigid, eyes rolling back as his nerves spasmed.
"Brutalix, behind Effran—now!"
"Too late," Effran said.
A red mist erupted from the Wyrd’s skull. Effran didn't hesitate, pumping five heavy shells into the falling carcass until there was nothing left but gore.
"Fall back?" a trooper shrieked.
"Venators, on me!"
Kalix, a scarred ganger with a wheezing bionic chest and eyes full of contempt, gripped his staff. "Every man for himself, McGarvey. These things aren't bugs; they’re smarter than you. This trap is a suicide pact."
"Follow me, sir!" Kalix barked, turning toward the perimeter.
"Fine," McGarvey growled, leveling his weapon. "But you’re paying my wages back, you useless sod."

As heavy, predatory shapes emerged from the shadows, McGarvey roared, "Move!"
The battlefield was a vertical deathtrap: a central four-story tower connected by precarious walkways to four hovering outposts. Below, the temple served as a bottleneck, its ramps and barricades held by House Cawdor and their Delaque allies.
They had cleared the upper nest, but the Genestealers were too clever for the trap. As the swarm descended, two of the beasts bypassed the lures entirely, lunging straight for the temple. They were met instantly by a brutal, concentrated hail of fire from the Cawdor line and the cold, precise support of the Delaque shooters.

MOD - Apologies I just wondered what AI would make of this, so I asked Gemini to reword it.
