Radical YCE: shooting

I've decided to create an appropriate thread for the suggested shooting changes of the rule's draft. A lot of changes have already been done (such as hard target condition or always missing on 1 and 2 against full cover), which you can find in the current draft.
I would like to both simplify and remove possibility to 'game' the system by manipulating the shooter's facing when selecting targets to shoot at. I'd like to throw away requirement for the target selection to be 'visible' or have anything to do with shooter's facing. Select a target that is within LOS, do a characteristic check or follow target priority rules which apply to all enemies within LOS of the shooter. The shooter is pivoted only after final target has been determined and does not have to be within center of the vision arc.
