Not clearly Necromundian (but he is literally bonepiking, like a good Cawdor juve should be), but he is so cute.

Old ogrynes are best, a lot of details and what a faces... true degenerate troglodytes, love them.
Is that the original head on the second one? It looks very over-sized, but maybe I just never really noticed that before.
yes, it is original head, they are over-sized by default, so I change first one's head for a new ogryn's one.
