You're mostly right. All Scouts have I 4. Otherwise, both corrections are true. I will edit the original post to reflect.

Thank you, all of that definitely helps. Will be getting the rulebook separate from the set soon, but in the interim, I can at least get an idea of what I'll be able to build. Much appreciated!
