Any reasons why you wouldn't choose a Scavenger scenario over a Gang Fight? I got a low level Escher gang with a Ratskin Map #5, Vents, 2 Tunnels. It seems like I will always be able to get in, scoop up the loot and get out for some serious giant killer bonus against experienced gangs. I play against a lot of outlander gangs (Redemptionist , Orks) so people are afraid of my heavy and stay off the upper levels. With the vents and tunnels I got half the loot on the first turn. The Ratskin map only gives me more chance of choosing a Scavenger scenario. "Raid" and "Hit and Run" only seem to be useful against house gangs with territory and assets. Is there any reason for me not to keep piling up the loot with scavenger scenarios? I don't even care if I win at this point because I can "Bottle" with a lot of loot and a Giant Killer Bonus. At this rate saving for that second heavy doesn't seem impossible.

Is there a better way to make lots of loot?

1) Fear of the monster roll.

2) Wanting chance to steal a territory from your rival.

Though, given your territories (and likely advances), you're well set to take advantage of Scavengers. I guess you'll need the loot though, given that those three territories don't generate much income.

Ya no shit, I started out with two old ruins, vents, tunnels, and a settlement. I really have to play to my advantages and the fit seems right with Echer.
