Just dropping into the lounge to tell everyone I played a "RAID" yesterday with a Pit Slave gang. Let me tell you, I had two "Hammer Brothers" rushing up on the defending sentries and it wasn't even fair. The scenario halves their weapon skill before the alarm goes off and then the pit slave hammer halves it again. It was some serious stomping going on and I made it to the objective before the alarm went off and had a buzz saw slave hacking into the gateway. Lot of fun.
 
@Insurgent , are you using OCE? if so then you have hammers wrong, then are -1 Ws...


Pummel: When fighting in hand-to-hand combat the Pit Slave's opponent suffers a -1 Combat Score penalty for each hammer the fighter wields.

Otherwise, congrats o nhte win, sounds like you proper battered them! Shame about the death, but least you could replace him... time to save for growing the talent pool!

I was playing old school 1995.

Where were the original Pit Slave rules? I know Outlanders had the hired guns, but were the gang rules in Citadel Journal or something?
 
There are Pit Slave Gang rules in the community edition 2015 and rules in "GANG WAR #1" The Community edition 2015 actually have a lot of rules that my old miniature collections isn't suited for. I saw one set of rules that had stats for mindless sevators armed with special weapons, but I cant remember where I saw them?

Even out side of the gang rules I was using the 1995 rules for pit slave armaments.
