If you follow the storyline of the Aranthian succession with the fall of house Helmawr does that make in your campaign all Spyrer outlaw or outcast or both?

in theory they're outlaws
in practice... it's necromunda and the imperium, likely 90% of the world doesn't know there's a new governor and I don't think the aranthians haven't consolidated their power that far in most of the hives.

On the plus side it's another band potentially for the book of the outcasts.
