We just started our campaign of Necromunda and we are using a territory-map (From Storey 456 https://www.dropbox.com/s/9fi9tzy7japrr97/Necromunda Campaign Storey 456.pdf?dl=0)

And we decided to make pic of every generated map for the sectors and rebuild the map, when the next battle finds place in that sector:

Those are the sectors we play in this weekend.

If a gains turf in an scenario next to its territory it gets the sector. In addition we roll a d6 and if the result is 5 or 6 we mark a special territory from the d66-table in that sector, which stays there unitl destroyed in an sabotage mission for example.

What do you think? Do you have additional ideas? I already plan to trigger some special events from time tot time. Like a monster hunt, an arena-fight, or the treasure hunt scenario from the old rulebook etc.

EDIT: Here is the Link to the Campain in Underhive Tools:

EDIT: Change the storey 456 to the original link

Had toyed with idea of a map but not of doing set layouts for each one.

Interested in how it goes for you. One thing to consider is the warren like and evolving nature of the underhive. You could potentially have more than layout per sector or surprise prod with a change to one because of a hivequake and so on. Not saying you should do this a lot but it gives you a "get out" if you ever want to mix things up.

How much free space does the map have? I'm thinking of times one gang gains turf but the other doesn't lose any. Do you have a plan for that when the map fills up or is there enough free space to not have that concern at least for now?

If you check the storey 456-Link in the first post, there is the map in it. We currently have 5 gangs, evenly spread around the edge of the map. So at first more than enough free space before a border dispute starts.
Each gang can select a scenario each cycle. If they choose stand-off, they can select a sector next to their own territory to attack. Another gang will fight them there. The winner gets the sector, but only if his territory is next to it.

EDIT: The idea with some changes to the layouts is nice. I will consider this for some events. I already planned to place additional structure for diverent special territories. For example the legend tunnel-entrance from the old Necromunda. ^^ But the Hivequake is a nice idea to mabe collapse some structure in the layout.
