N18 Storm-welder - House of Iron - Orlock

I'm a bit of a noob.

I've noticed that in the Orlock - House of Iron book, that in the Weapons Reference Chart under Special Weapons, the Storm-welder profile appears. I cannot see, or I've overlooked, what fighter/gang member can take it, along with the constituting weapon cost.

The storm-welder looks like a fun weapon.

I believe that it is listed because of the ogryn brute access not any specific orlock.

In the pdf this sort of thing is easy with Ctrl+F, works 99% of the time. Notable exception is character cards with text converted to image.

Awesome, cheers man. It sucks normal gang members can't take it. Seems like a good Wrecker weapon.

Well bother to get them promoted to champion just so they can use the Storm welder then.
Cons. Tactically woeful.
Pros. Bonkers is Necromunda.
