- If a fighter has two Stub Guns and each has Dum-Dums bullets and is in close combat, are all of his attacks with strength 4?
I think only one of however many attack dice you are rolling can be assigned per sidearm, for example if your model only has two stub pistols with dum dums, and let's say 2 base attacks, on the charge they would get total 4 attacks (2 base, plus 1 for charge, plus 1 for dual melee/sidearm), but only one of those can go to each stub gun, the remaining two would need to be unarmed. If however they had one stub gun and a knife they would still get 4 attacks as calculated above, one assigned to the stub gun and the remaining three could all be on the knife. If they had two stub guns and a knife then you could do one attack per stub gun and then 2 remaining on the knife......- If a fighter has two Stub Guns and each has Dum-Dums bullets and is in close combat, are all of his attacks with strength 4?
Don't you need 3 arms to use 3 different weapons? If they had two stub guns and a knife then you could do one attack per stub gun and then 2 remaining on the knife......
I don't think that squats are concerned by that limitation of they are leader or champion as they can have a powerpack weapon.@Tk421wayayp Your analysis is technically correct on the attack distribution but try explaining how the ganger manages to fire a pistol in two separate hands and still has limbs spare to wield the fighting knife.
Just ignore that Ordos Xenos Inquisitor behind you...
Those aren't weapons mister enforcer sir they are mining tools...I don't think that squats are concerned by that limitation of they are leader or champion as they can have a powerpack weapon.
Yeah - I'd always wondered that......has it ever been hard ruled that "no more than two weapons"? Reason far asking is there are weapons/fluff/models that would suggest it's possible without an extra limb......e.g@Tk421wayayp Your analysis is technically correct on the attack distribution but try explaining how the ganger manages to fire a pistol in two separate hands and still has limbs spare to wield the fighting knife.

And:2. CHOOSE WEAPONS
The controlling player declares which weapons the fighter will use. A fighter can use up to two weapons with either the Melee or the Sidearm trait, but only one if it also has the Unwieldy trait. Alternatively, the fighter may make unarmed attacks.
3. DETERMINE ATTACK DICE
The number of Attack dice rolled is equal to the fighter’s Attacks characteristic, plus the following modifiers:
• Dual Weapons with the Melee or Sidearm trait (+1)
• Charging (+1)
If the fighter is attacking with more than one weapon, the Attack dice must be split as evenly as possible between the two weapons, ideally allocating an equal number of Attack dice to each weapon. Where this is not possible, for instance if the fighter has an odd number of Attacks to make, the controlling player may choose which weapon is allocated the extra Attack dice.
Pistols at Close Quarters: A weapon with the Sidearm trait can only have one Attack dice allocated to it. Any remaining Attack dice must be allocated to a weapon with the Melee trait. If a fighter has no other weapons with the Melee trait, any remaining Attack dice must be allocated to Unarmed attacks, as described previously. If a fighter attacks with a weapon with the Sidearm trait in close combat, Accuracy modifiers do not apply – this is only used when making ranged attacks.
