N18 Suggest 300 Credits worth of better weapons, armor and other stuff for A Mates Escher Gang

A mate of mine is part of a group that will soon be starting A Necromunda Campaign, they originally decided on 2,700 Credits but have upped it to 3,000 Credits. Can someone please suggest 300 Credits worth of better weapons, armor and other stuff for his Escher Gang, he refuse's to take any more models but if you think its a good idea he will buy a few more 1D6+1's worth of bought experance

But first of all here's all the information that you may find relevant

His group is using rules that mean that when you first recruit a character, and unlike some groups I know that use a version of this rule you aren't limited to only being able to do this when you create your gang, you can buy them experance at a cost of 10 Credits for 1D6+1 experance

Every Gang gets 1 Free Rogue Doc, 1 Free Ammo Jack, 1 Free Propagandist and 1 Free Jotunn Class Ogryn Servitor that has no upgrades

Those 4 Freebies don't count against the limit on the number that the player can have

But if they die and you replace them their replacements do count against the limit on the number the player can have

Every player starts with 3,000 Credits

Normally everyone in his group only starts with 2,700 Credits each, he always use's A Escher Gang he always take's the same initial gang, or at least he has until prior to this campaign

In case your wondering his Wyld Runner is based on A Version of Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games and several of the things he has given her are based on very plausible, in his opinion and I agree, what-ifs

Here's The Escher Gang that he takes when their using 2,700 Credits, which until now they always have

11 100 Credit Sisters that all have 1 Autogun, 1 suit of Flak armour and 1 Chainsword

2 220 Credit Gang Matriarchs that both have 1 Bolt Pistol/Needle Pistol Combi Pistol, 1 Master-Crafted Stiletto Sword, 1 suit of Mesh Armour and A Lasgun as A Back-up gun

1 360 Credit Gang Queen that has 1 Bolter/Needler Combi-Weapon, 1 suit of Mesh Armour, 1 Power Knive, 1 Chem-Syth, 1 Laspistol as A back-up gun and 9D6+9 or 53 bought experance

1 260 Credit Wyld Runner that has 1 Phelynx, 1 Wyld Bow upgraded with Explosive, Acid and Poison Arrows, 1 Stiletto Knive, 1 Suit of Flak Armour and 6D6+6 or 34 bought experance

1 250 Credit Ganger promoted to Specialist that has 1 Bolter/Needler Combi Weapon, 1 suit of Mesh Armour, 1 Shotgun with Acid Ammo as A back-up gun, 1 Stiletto Sword and 5D6+5 or 28 bought experance

1 220 Credit Death Maiden that has 1 Venom Claw, 1 Chem-Syth, 1 suit of Mesh Armour, 1 Needle Pistol and 2D6+2 or 12 bought experance

1 70 Credit Little Sister that has 1 Fighting Knive, 1 lot of Smoke Grenades, 1 Laspistol and 1 suit of Flak Armour
 
The obvious thing to suggest if no different models would be to get some of those gangers totting shotguns with acid ammo.

you also need a chem synth of the specialist ganger.

give the juve the toxin combat sword not a useless fighting knife (and again, as you have creds to burn, a chem synth).

Personally I could also throw some exp at the gangers and juve. Juve to get 2 extra movement (so maybe 30 creds worth to be sure), and enough to get a smattering of rolls for the gangers, maybe spend 60 creds on 3 of the gangers who get given shotties.

Personally I'd also drop a laod of those chainswords from...half the gangers. Give a couple some smokes, some others some photo goggles to make the most of the smoke clouds. a frag or 2 also wouldnt go amiss.

I would also trade the combi needle bolters for just needlers, the +2 to hit (esp if combined with the scope later that lets them use short range modifier at long range is wel lworth it).

Why autoguns on the gangers, lasguns are cheaper and more accurate, and you can then give a few some hotshot power packs to give them stopping power too.

I'd trade the combis on the queen and champ to just bolters (and lose the applicable chem synths) to make them more cost efficeint to, allowing them to pick up armoured undersuits

Just some initial thoughts from looking at that list for how to better equip them

No armoured undersuits? No heavy weapons?

18 models? Most scenarios are limited to less than 10.

Heres a 2000 credit gang thats not super optimised, but is substantially better than the list your provided, and hangers on/spare lasgun gangers/xp upgrades as needed to make up the next 1000 credits

In case your wondering I will admit that me and my mate are both very good friends of another member called JMISBEST and all 3 of us have a lot of friends that have very weird idea's when it comes to Necromunda

In case your wondering both me and JMISBEST have A 1st name that begins with J, A 2nd name that begins with M and I freely admit that that coincidence is the main reason why me and JMISBEST became such good friends

As every Gang gets 1 Free Jotunn H-Class Ogryn Servitor he and the rest of his group have decided that it will be amusing to upgrade The 1 Free Jotunn H-Class Ogryn Servitor Ogryn Servitor that they all start with so that it was A Arc-Welder and Furnace Plates

I've just realized that I forgot to mention that in edition to improving it, or so he says, my mates has also used up the 300 Credits that as a result of his group enlarging the campaign he had spare. Sorry about that

Here's a few things my mate told me when he called me 4 minutes ago that he and I think are worth mentioning

Their not doing A Outcasts Campaign as such, but they've unanimously agreed that it will be fun to use the rules for setting up, protecting and improving your own Outcast Settlement and for attacking and looting The other players Outcast Settlements

His group have also agreed that all Gangs will start with A Reputation of 19 +1 for A Settlement or 20 and A Turf of 9, which means that at the start of every week they’ll all get 90 credits

To make it even more fun his group is using stuff from more then 1 type of campaign. For example we’re using The Outlaws, Rackets and Intrigues Rules from The Law and Order Campaign and they are also using Territories from The Original Rules and from Dominion and Uprising type campaigns

Less then 3 hours ago ago his group had a vote and they entire group unanimously agreed that every gang will start with 1 permanent Bullet Cutting type Racket, 1 Settlement, 1 Smelting Works and 1 Slave Pits

Stronger gang than anything you've suggested so far, and has 1000 creds free for upgrades/hangers on/whatever
