Hi guys,
We just start the Campaign in my town and i win 140credits at he first game.
I'm wondering of buying a second Bolter instead of the autogun of one of my ganger, or take a suspensor for the heavy bolter…
With the crédits remaining i'm thinking to buy a telescopic sights for my plasma gun.
So, What are you thoughts ?

Suspensor for the heavy bolter. Higher damage, higher BS, and longer short range when compared to bolter on a ganger.
Ok, thx for replaying.
And I am asking what about shotgun and combat shotgun, for the price i cant really see the advantage of a combat shotgun, even with the firestorm ammo, it's 30 crédits...

They’re different tools for different jobs really so it’s hard to compare.

Combat shotgun primarily serves as a foolproof close range autopin mechanic with bonus damage potential (which can sometimes be nasty, but is most often ineffective). Shotgun serves as a midrange hardhitter suitable against all Fighter types.

Blaze is it’s own thing on top of that.

Shotguns are good on BS3+ fighters, combat shotguns are somewhat wasted on BS3+ fighters etc..

So mostly it depends on who’s carrying it and what you want them to do.

Probably flank, but i think i may keep one shotgun, and take a combat shotgun dor the second one, to get covered even if my back lane are too far.

Do you play with Tactics cards as they are written and with opponents willing to spam the best ones? Then I would advise against the Suspensor, as it makes your fighter even more of a prime target for History of Violence, Click... (the HB is not Scarce, but a 6+ Ammo roll is not that much better) and/or Dangerous footing (50% is a gamble, but the reward is sweet). It would be better to spread your spending on multiple fighters and get that Boltgun, otherwise you may end up with a 400 credits champion that does nothing.
If you have house-ruled Tactics card or otherwise agreed not to minmax them, then go for the Suspensor.

Good point on history of violence, although I think if you're not house ruling that card away you can RAW it away :D

I also wouldn't worry too much about Click... . Having a Munitioneer in your gang is quite standard for Orlock and if you benefit from that you have ~30% chance of reloading the HB with each action, or ~50% chance per turn. My HB has been Click'd many times and you recover quite quickly. To be honest I'm actually relieved they don't have more powerful "surprise" tactics cards (e.g. adrenaline surge) or that they are using Click on my HB rather than plasma pistols.

Dangerous Footing is a pain though. My HB with suspensor accounted for 50%+ of my OOA output, so he'd almost certainly be a target for it.

Full disclosure: our current campaign (where I don't use HB at all) has banned HoV and DF.

Finally i take the suspensor, and i do 2 kills in one round (with overseer), thx to a big mistake from my opponent and bad tactics cards for sure, now i had such a big head start, so i could buy a 2nd HB ;D
But now i may stop overseer only my heavy bolter, that's so powerful, and hard to play against, so if you had advice on melee weapon for Orlock ganger, i take it. Actually i may star with plasma pistol and energetic axe, but not sure for the second one, if you had any advice…
And against a esher gang, is it better to take Respirator or 4+ armor ?

Against Escher I'd take a respirator if they have Gas weapons. It's the 3W Orlock leader's worst nightmare :D.

As for melee, it depends who is doing it.
- Leader or WS3+ Champ? - high strength/damage pistol (preferably master crafted) and D2+ power weapon
- WS4+ Champ? - high strength/damage pistol (preferably master crafted) and any melee weapon which gives you +1 to-hit bonus and parry (chainsword is a good choice)
- Ganger? - pistol and flail
- Early game? - servo claw, but they become quickly outclassed as armour improves

Actually here is my gang,
Finnaly i didn't do a good number to go shop, so i may buy 3 armor 3+ (I will give it to my champion with plasma gun, the one with heay bolter and the shotgun's ganger with the most Xp and the 2 respirators will be for my leader, and the champ' with plasma gun
Even if you thik that' s better to pull off one 4+ to get 2 more respirators, or removed 1 respirator to take on more 4+
I will take close combat after the next game if I can buy object with rarity (9-10)

Sry for my English mistakes

One time i got a CLICK on my plasma gun, fortunetly i was having A hiding munitionner in my tactic gang, and i Don't think that we already used Hov or DF in my campaign
