Similar to Goonhammer's, but modified as my group doesn't entirely agree with them.

It seems to be working so far. Both games I've played I've had a mix of great and meh cards. But it forces you to use them and frankly its lead to some cool situations and plays.
The tiering system is as Kiro says mostly based on Goonhammers attempt but there are one or two that we've discussed as a group and disagreed with their rating and changed it.
