Sorry if this has been answered before, but can't find anything specific, here or in the rulebook.
Just got the Tech Bazaar territory in a Dominion campaign. When you send a leader or champion to do the haggle action, does the +2/+1 bonuses you usually add at the trade post also apply here for the Rarity roll?
