The General Bargains on the internet thread (/Ebay)

Jackson's has a sale on pastels!
Pastels, you say?
Yes indeed! Pastels are essentially the same as Forgeworld weathering powders and available in a huge range of colors.

Another Jackson's sale.
Watercolor brushes AKA sable and synthetic sable brushes
The Jackson's brand Kolinsky is about as good a price as you'll find for that kind of brush.

And another Jackson's sale!
If you're wondering if I'm on the mailing list, yes I am and you should be too.
All the Jackson's brushes are 15% off. Here are the best of the best for miniature work.

This is valid on most of their lines, including what's still in stock from Warhammer 40,000 Conquest too. I think it said the offer expires at 11:59 BST on Monday 31st though, so you need to be quick if you want to take advantage of it.

Not sure whether this is of interest to anyone, but Warhammer Champions cards spotted for £2 in The Works. I don't know the usual price, but assume it's more than this.

Since I did not know the Warhammer Fantasy game "Dreadfleet" (2011) from GW and have never seen it before or on ebay, I wanted to point out that on ebay Germany there are currently 3 x sealed OVP boxed games "Dreadfleet" (German) from Games Workshop. The same seller also offers one without play mat as used.

P.S.: Only for information. I have no connection with the seller.

I would be all over that, but I have three.... :( :D

Are people finally fed up of Stormcast in (almost) every box? The Orcs seem popular so I can only imagine that this is the case. Either that or they over estimated demand in a big way.

I think people wanted a Man'o'War, but dreadfleet isn't that. :D
But isn't it the game with the superawesome cloth ocean battlemat included?

Yep. Also it was a really good game. Sadly GW murdered it by stating before it went on sale that they would never be providing ongoing support and it was a one off product with only a few narrative scenarios in it.

Honestly, I feel my fingers itch just for the cloth ocean. XD
But as I don't play any fleet game at the moment... I probably should constrain myself.

AND the models and fluff are excellent! Pirates vs. vampires on the high seas! A rat-man pirate fleet looses fight with giant fish which eats them, they eat their way out and turn the ichy critter into their new ship! Awesome...
