Taking a sports car to a destruction derby was an instant regret, but I still had a good game! Perhaps if I play some soothing pan pipe music to my lunatic driver he might not get as many hazards for basic manoeuvres!

Really looking forward to my first game of bloodbowl in over a decade next meet!

Iv decided I’m going to pe playing orcs and am in the process of procuring me Team! Are the limitations the same as 2nd ed? E.g. 4 blockers, 4 blitzers, 2throwers, 12 linemen?
Don’t know if I’m getting a star player to begin, but I feel alittle chainsawy!

I’ll be starting a new thread for my friendly games Along side the group one! And Iv been thinking about league names, blood bowl is because they are sponsored by bloodweiser, what could ours be?

I think off the top of my head orcs are 2 throwers, 4 blitzers, 4 blockers, lots of lineman. Also a troll and 1 or 2 goblins.

Unfortunately you can’t roster star players (like a chainsaw) for a league but you can use them as inducements (like underdog bonus) so I’d still make one if I were you. I also playing my orcs

Iv got me Team put together but I think I’ll be up till late to get them painted for tomorrow!

Couple of questions tho,
Can you buy apothecaries at the beginning of the season? (I can’t remember what they do but remember they are best to buy early on)
And how many re rolls/ fan factor can I buy if I have 2 blitzers, 4 black orcs, 1 thrower, 5 linemen and an apothecary?

Yes, apothecaries are 50k, they allow you to reroll the injury result.

You can get 2 blitzers, 4 blorcs, thrower, 5 lineman, apothecary and 2 rerolls for 970k.

The issue is rerolls double in price after team creation so 120k per instead of 60k for orcs, so might be more worthwhile getting an extra reroll and hopefully buying apothecary after the first game.

so all the players above = 800k
reroll = 60k
apothecary =50k
