From a gameplay perspective, it is absolute garbage. I struggle to find anything in the game that is less cost effective than what you have presented.

But if you are doing it for thematic reasons, that's another story. If you like the hunger games and think it fits in a Necromunda setting, go for it.
I did it for 2 reasons. 1 is for thematic reasons and the other is to see what people think of My Necromunda Version of Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games. So what do you think of My Necromunda Version of Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games?

I wouldn't bother with a random agility skill, most are useless. Just pay a little extra to choose one, probably Spring Up. The extra strength is also completely wasted on her.
Flak armour is not worth it, but mesh or buy nothing.
I also don't think she can +1 I? Since Wyldrunners start at 2+.

I'd personally say if you're happy with it idk that anyone's opinion on it really matters much bud. I'll openly admit I have no idea who katniss everdeen is but I'll say you typed the name out so many times in your post and reply that I spelled it correctly without needing to check. That's the odd part to me is repeatedly saying her name not the stats cause it's obviously do whatever you want it's your fandom do whatever

I also don't think she can +1 I? Since Wyldrunners start at 2+.
Do they have A I of 2+?, my copy says they have A I of 3+, which means mine has a printing Error, so I'll take away that +1 I, that free's up 5 XP, which gives me enough to change the 1 random agility skill into A Agility Skill of my choice and I choose Spring Up, which leaves me with 2 spare XP

All in all her amended 40 XP worth of advances are +2 BS(costs 12 XP), +1 M(total costs 17 XP), 1 Agility Skill of my choice and I choose Spring Up(total cost 26 XP), +1 S(total cost 34 XP) and +1 LD(total cost 38 XP)

I just double checked and I'm mistaken, Wyldrunners are I 3+, so the +1 is worth it.
I still wouldn't bother with strength (you'll never use it) and definitely not leadership (no one ever uses it).

If you're going for an authentic Katniss I'd drop the Phelynx. Katniss never had a pet, and she had enough traumatic experiences with mutated animals in the books that I can't imagine her ever wanting to freely associate with one.

If you ever going for an authentic, role-playing Katniss id have pumped her Cool and Willpower, as those are probably her defining characteristics.

Does that make for an optimal character? Absolutely not, but that ship sailed when you chose a Wyld Runner

The reason that I think The Phelynx makes sense is because Katniss has A little sister called Prim that has A Pet Kitten, during the last Book Prim gets caught in a bombing by the bad guys and dies and I'm assuming that if Prims cat was still alive then Katniss would adopt it

Like you said Katniss has a lot of Cool and Willpower, that is why it may have been a better idea to pump her Cool and Willpower, but this is based on her straight after Book 1 when it isn't as high as it is in future books, which is why I thought it makes more sense to not boost her Cool and Willpower with the XP that she starts with, rather it makes more sense for her 1st 4 advances to be +2 Cool and +2 Will

Also in The Book's she joins The Resistance Movement and becomes 1 of its best members, which is why if she was in A Escher Gang that was allied to Greim then she would be the 1 that before each game I would choose to get seconded to The House Greim Militia

Actually theirs 1 difference

The difference is that the topic from a few weeks back was from a dream and in it she was A Veteran Gang Matriarch that had been promoted to A Rookie Gang Queen and is based on her roughly 15 years after the last book

But this 1 was created by me, in it she is A Veteran Wyld Runner that when the time comes is guaranteed to be promoted from A Wyld Runner to A Gang Matriarch and it takes place only(?) a week or 2 after The 1st Book

But this 1 was created by me, in it she is A Veteran Wyld Runner that when the time comes is guaranteed to be promoted from A Wyld Runner to A Gang Matriarch and it takes place only(?) a week or 2 after The 1st Book
But thats not really enoug difference to justify the creation of an entirely new thread for what comes down as pretty much the same thing.

You have inspiration from fiction for a character, okay thats cool, it is not necessary to make a post for it every time. As i have mentioned before (which you seemed to completely ignore) I think you would be better suited to have a blog to post these ideas on.

I've had a idea for A Campaign and want to know what you think of my Campaign Idea?

All The Gangs are either of The Same House or the same basic type, this represents A Civil War among that House or type and it ends when only 1 Gang is left

When I said or of the same basic type I mean that if all Gangs are, for example, House Escher then you can use 1, or more, House Escher Gangs that have been corrupted by Genestealers or Cultists

It also means that as all gangs are of the same type you could use only have a war among cultists by using only Helot Cult Gangs or by using only Corpse Grinder Cult Gangs

Annoyingly Genestealers don't tend to fight among themselves so you can't have A Civil War between Genestealer Cult Gangs and if all Gangs are from, for example, House Delaque then only 1 of The House Delaque Gangs can be corrupted by Genestealers

I’ve always wanted to do a House War like that. I think it’s a fascinating idea.

You could allow more than one genestealer corrupted gang. There are a couple options to go with:
1) The genestealers that are the heads of the gangs come from different hive fleets.
2) The distance from the hive fleet(s) is so great, the Hive Mind cannot fully overcome the semi-human cultists’ human side, so they can freely fight snd betray each other. Actually, as they’re a corrupted gang instead of a GSC, it’s possible the hive mind’s influence just isn’t as strong on the new converts.
3) The genestealer patriarch wants to weed out the weaklings, so the gangs fight each other to strengthen the overall cult.
4) you want the campaign to happen, so allow it if multiple people decide to use genestealer corrupted gangs.

In terms of GSC, the necromunda fluff is that the genestealer gangs in the hive have been cut off from their patriarch from some time and are acting relatively independently for now, as such I think an ideological schism along the lines of a People's Front of Judea/Judean Peoples Front would be entirely feasible

I've had A Idea for A Venotar Gang with A Unique Theme, sadly this Gang Theme will never get used but I want to know what you think of The Theme I thought up for A Venotar Gang?

Its Leader is supposed to be A Apprentice Inquisitor who has completed his training but hasn't yet been made A Inquisitor and to prove himself he's been given a mission and the mission involves him and a retinue traveling the Underhive hunting Cultists whilst disguised as Venotars and as every campaign The Group I'm part of always players 2,600 Credits to create A Gang I'm using that. Here's A Few Idea's for models

As most Inquisitors and more then half of their permanent followers are very Intelligent, fairly cunning and are trained with both Guns and Melee Weapons I was thinking of taking Savant and Shooting Skills and Cunning and Combat Skills as Secondary Skills and just like regular Venotar Gangs The Hunt Leader will class Leadership Skills as Primary Skills and The Hunt Champions will class Leadership Skills as Secondary ry Skills

The Hunt Leader will represent A Inquisitor will start with Carapace Armour, A Power Sword, A Heavy Bolter with Suspensors and A Gunsight, Frag and Krak Grenades, Respirator, Filter Plugs and Falsehood and at least 10D6+10 bought experance

My Group lets Venotars, and Enforcers, have 3 Hunt Champions, my Group allows 1 member of A Venotar Gang that has A House Van Saar to use Augutek and my Group lets Venotars, and Enforcers, start with 1 Hunter promoted to Specialist, which allows the following

Hunt Champion 1 will represent A Fairly experienced Scout and he will have Needle Pistol, Light Carapace Armour, Chainsword, Smoke Grenades and at least 8D6+8 bought experance

Hunt Champion 2 will represent A Ex Commissar and she will have Chainsword, Plasma Pistol, Frag Grenades, Respirator, Filter Plugs and Mesh Armour and at least 8D6+8 bought experance

Hunt Champion 3 will represent A Skiratti that's got a lot of Bionics and he will have Plasma Gun, Chainsword, Mesh Armour, Frag Grenades, Boltpistol, at least 3 Alpha Level Bit of Augutek and at least 8D6+8 bought experance

For Hunters I was thinking of at least 4, the 4 that I'm guaranteed to use will represent Veteran Imperial Guardsmen and they will all have Mesh Armour, Stiletto Knive, Lasgun, Frag Grenades, Respirator, Filter Plugs and Laspistol and at least 3D6+3 bought experance

I was thinking of represent A Weapons Specialist by taking A 5th Hunter, promoting him to Specialist and giving him Mesh Armour, Chainsword, Plasms Gun, Respirator, Filter Plugs, Frag Grenades and at least 6D6+6 bought experance

Her 1st names that of my favorite Female from The Actual Pokemon Anime and her surnames is the 1st name of A Character from A Pokemon Dream I had back in 2,012 that traveled back in time to meet Ash and Selena, they were her parents but in the original timeline they had saved the world but had died doing it and they had chosen to name him Sam-uel in memory of Professor Samuel Oak who had died in his sleep less then 13 hours before Sam-uel was born

I've just finalized my Escher Gang for The Campaign that me and my Group are hoping to do when Carona's over, this campaign uses several unique rules, 1 lets every player start with 3 regular Hangers-on and 1 Hanger-on that only their Gang can use, and another lets all gangs start with 1 Jotunn Class H-Grade Servitor Ogryn that has no upgrades and I intend to start corrupted but can't decide between Genestealers and Chaos. So what do you think of my Escher Gang and should I taint them with Genestealers or Chaos?

Another of our unique rules lets me choose 3 doses of 1 Chem for all Gangs to start with and I choose 3 doses of Night-Night

Another of our unique rules lets all House Gangs, not just those from House Escher, use Chems, but none Escher Gangs pay triple the normal price, treat them as Rarity 13, can't combine 2 or more dose types and after each game can only buy any 1 dose

Yet another of our unique rules lets me choose 1 Chem of each type that because of another of The Campaigns unique rules my Gang has the ability to indefinitely keep in a useable condition and I choose Night-Night, Blackout and Deliberating

This is formatted terribly, with so much information that just isn't relevant.

I don't know what gang construction rules you're building, but it's obscene. You're starting with a gang larger than most people end campaigns.

Your gangers are poorly built. Flak isn't worth it, always jump to mesh. Lasguns are just better than autoguns for Escher.

All of your champions feel very samey, some variety would spice things up.
