It’s their design philosophy these days. Look at a Necromunda sprue: five bodies but enough parts to make 10.“There’s 10 possible models, and a kit contains enough to make 7.” is something I read, but not a direct quote. My question is “WHHHYYYY?!?”
3D printers help here - easier with standard Imperial Guard or Space Marines but some most excellent nerd somewhere will already be making extra body STL’s etc.“There’s 10 possible models, and a kit contains enough to make 7.” is something I read, but not a direct quote. I’d like some more Necromunda Gang bodies but GW know that and purposely make 1/2 of them with unusual shoulder mounts and the other 1/2 with arms which connect in a random location anywhere from shoulder to wrist.3D printers help here - easier with standard Imperial Guard or Space Marines but some most excellent nerd somewhere will already be making extra body STL’s etc.
The cultists that share a box with them are these guys. Are those the cultists with masks and aprons? I do like the way those look.
So tempting. I'm having some kind of issue accessing the GW site for a while which is probably for the best. I already have a perfectly good softcover version and really don't need a shiny new hardcover reprint however much I may want one.
