I don't believe that Nostalgia should be used as a negative here...I mean the phrase "If it ain't broken don't fix it" applies to many current and dead wargames. No war game is perfect...well Guild Ball was 99% but that's a whole other topic. Disagree? Fite me.
But both old and current Newcromunda have glaring issues. I enjoy the base gang models more now (Many do, as at least they are easily convertible) I enjoy the gameplay (minus cards) from Newcromunda, but the old Necromunda has 100% better after battle sequences.
It's rough cause we are all clearly very passionate about this stupid game but GW just can't catch that magic like specialist games used to have...oh wait they did. Shadow War should have just continued...
