Funny thing is… they did re-release classic Necromunda in 2017… as Shadow War: Armageddon.
So… I guess they couldn’t pull that stunt twice. Especially as they promised support for SW:A and then quietly dropped it before the year was out.
If they’d just spent a bit longer on it, and kept it as Necromunda - that scenery bundle with the two new gang sprues would’ve been an amazing set!
I suspect it being made by the regular games team not Specialist Games was the reason it came into existence as purely a means of testing the water for Necromunda and as a means of offering a bundle of the new terrain.
Terrain which seeming now has been mostly discontinued.
