Hey scummers!

Firstly, I hope this is the right place to post this. Admin, please show me the error of my ways if not...

I am taking orders now for my Trap Jaw sculpt to be cast again in resin. I have opened a Masters of the Underhive Facecrack group if anyone wanted to join. Otherwise, feel free to PM me here if you have any questions.

I'm also sculpting more characters in a similar vein. I will post updates on the FB group and here on Yaktribe in my blog. I'll leave you with some images of Trap Jaw, including a size comparison one next to a human BB player.

Cheers!

James

i was a little older when MotU came out, so never enjoyed the series the way some others have. But this is a cool idea! i’m no fan of resin, but i really do want to see where you go with this. There are some interesting characters there that will make some cool underhivers. Trap jaw is a great start!

Cheers mate! I'd love to convert you to the wonders of resin, but I'm a massive fan of metal too. Well, I did grow up with it in the 80s and 90s - so it's understandable! ;)

i hate to say it, but i love plastic... the ease of conversion... metals are a close second.

Well, that'll teach me for making an assumption about me thinking you preferred metal! :ROFLMAO:

Plastic is great for converting and the new plastic sprues are great quality. A lot of planning goes into them. Not like the olden days (remember the mono-pose plastic space marines from the mid-90s?)... ;)

yup. the ones with the press-on hands and bolt guns, right? i didn’t get too many of those. Metals with plastic arms were good too.

with some companies (like Hasslefree) it’s either metal or resin. i go for the metal then.

otherwise, i prefer punk. :sneaky:
